About GLC Projects
Our Leadership
Graeme was born and bred in the Northeast and prides himself on providing an exemplar service to the communities in which GLC Projects operate.
Health & Safety
There are various ways we maintain high standards of health and safety on every job we undertake. The following are our key policies surrounding health and safety. For more information, please contact us.
Training
We communicate the importance of health and safety awareness throughout GLC Projects. We control this using a structured safety management system developed in line with current legislation and industry standards.
All our directly employed demolition and asbestos removal teams are fully trained, and we regularly update training in all aspects of health, safety and the environment, including our safe working procedures. This way, we ensure all employees understand and follow the latest industry best practice.
At the start of every project, we carry out specific method statements and risk assessments which clearly define our operations and risk control measures. Each day we also carry out a Safe Start briefing; this ensures our workforce are kept informed of any specific daily information or alerted to interfaces with others. All briefings are controlled and recorded on site using our cloud-based data capture system. This data secure system is also used to record other health, safety and environmental procedures such as site inductions, site inspections and toolbox talk briefings.
GLC Projects has an excellent health and safety record, with absolutely no reportable RIDDOR accidents in our entire history.
