Beyond Housing provide affordable homes across Redcar and Cleveland and North Yorkshire areas.

The project which was won through competitive tender, will be delivered by our directly employed team carrying our demolition, asbestos removal and site clearance across 7 sites, in North Yorkshire.

The project which is to be completed by the Spring is within residential areas across Whitby, Scarborough and Filey. The GLC Projects site team will be working closely alongside local residents and wider community to ensure minimal disruption throughout the works. Letter drops are being carried out to inform residents of the works and our fulltime site supervisor is on hand to answer any direct questions.

Delivering projects in the affordable housing sector is a strategic direction for GLC Projects.
